STEP 01Arrival at Sokcho Port International Cruise Terminal
For departure, you need to arrive at the terminal 2 hours prior to avoid being overrun with passengers.

STEP 02Boarding
(2hours prior to departure)Visit ticketing office of your cruise line and present passport.
Get a Boarding Pass with room number and passport. -
STEP 03Baggage Consignment
(Passengers for Car Ferry)Within designated baggage consignment time, visit the consignment area, present your boarding pass and passport, consign marine shipping and receive a consignment paper.

STEP 04Enter Departure Area
Present your passport, boarding pass, validate identity and enter the departure area

STEP 05Security Check
Passengers undergo security check and personal belongings clearance. If the item is worth over 450 thousand KRW, passengers must file a preliminary report. In such case, passengers are exempt from taxation when returning to the country and insurance will be covered in the case of being stolen.
When a traveler holds 10,000 USD worth of money, registering for custom’s clearance is mandatory. -
STEP 06Security Check for Departure
Move to security check for departure area, present your passport and boarding pass for checking. Then officials will seal the stamp for departure and return your passport.

STEP 07Waiting for Boarding
After all the check is done, if time allows, you can wait in waiting area for boarding or enjoy shopping at duty-free shop.

STEP 08Boarding
Follow the instruction of boarding announcement or staff and move along the path of exit gate and to the boarding dock. You can get onboard through the gate.

STEP 09Fill out Arrival Card
While on board, passengers fill out arrival card placed in the ship before arriving at the destination so that you can hand in the paper during immigration check for arrival.

STEP 02Pass the Arrival Area
After hitting the destination, passengers get off the ship in the order of high-priority/elderly & infirm/regular passengers and exit the area through 2F arrival area.
